Honoring Juneteenth: Resilience in Action at Civil Renewables!
Juneteenth is a powerful reminder of the strength it takes to overcome adversity and the importance of building a future rooted in justice, equity, and opportunity. At Civil Renewables, we see these values not just as history—but as a living part of our mission.
Resilience is more than a word for us. It’s embedded in how we operate, grow, and serve. In just two years since our founding, we’ve expanded our engineering licensure to 40 states, provinces, and territories across the U.S. and Canada, including Alaska, California, Texas, New York, Quebec, Ontario, and Puerto Rico. This reach reflects our commitment to being present where our expertise is needed most—supporting renewable energy projects that power communities and protect the planet.
We’ve also secured new health benefits for our team, reinforcing our belief that resilience starts with taking care of our people. And as we continue to build partnerships and pursue vendor qualifications with major industry players, we do so with the same spirit of perseverance and purpose that Juneteenth represents.
Our work in geotechnical and structural engineering is technical by nature—but it’s human at its core. Every foundation we design, every site we assess, and every solution we deliver is part of a larger story: one of transformation, inclusion, and progress.
Today, we honor the legacy of Juneteenth by recommitting to that story. We’re proud to be a company that not only builds for the future—but builds with heart.
